Woodchester Parish Council has a casual vacancy for a Parish Councillor from March 2025 onwards.
Applications are welcome from anyone who lives or works within the Parish of Woodchester.
The successful candidate would be co-opted onto the Parish Council. An election is not
required.
You would be expected to attend bi-monthly Parish Council meetings, and contribute to getting things done within the community. The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable and get on well with people of all ages and backgrounds. Enthusiasm is more important than experience as full training will be given.
The Parish Council would especially welcome applications from residents in Rooksmoor to ensure this part of the Parish is fully represented in community decision making.
