ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA

 

MEETING DATE:      Thursday 8th May 2025

TIME :                         7:30pm

LOCATION:                Woodchester Village Hall

Notice to members of the Council

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Woodchester Parish Council to be held on the above date for the purpose of transacting business as per the agenda below. This meeting will be held at Woodchester Village Hall.

Members are reminded that the council has a general duty to consider the following matters in the exercise of any of its functions: Equal Opportunities (race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status and any disability), Crime & Disorder, Health & Safety, & Human Rights.

 

Notice to members of the Public

Members of the public are invited to attend and to ask questions and raise issues with the councillors during the agenda item “Meeting for public discussion and questions”.  Outside of the public session, attending members of the public may observe the meeting only, unless invited to speak at the discretion of the chairperson.

  3. To receive updates from Working Groups and Councillors on current Parish Council projects and agree further actions:

    5. Speedwatch and Road Safety Matters

    6. Community Events

  1. To consider Parish Council aims and priorities for 2025-26
